About Lumina City
Lumina City is a fictional coastal community in Nova Scotia, Canada. A working harbour, the streets of Downtown and neighbourhoods across the river form the setting for everyday life, local projects and different views about shared places.

Downtown is the city centre, with Harbor Ward as its popular waterfront quarter. Northbank is a residential neighbourhood on the opposite side of the river, outside Downtown. Local organisations care for particular buildings and activities; belonging to a place does not give anyone authority over the whole city. This demonstration uses fictional people, places and stories.
